Terms of Service

01 The service

Nexa Office lets an account owner connect multiple email accounts into a single organized workspace, and optionally grant team members controlled, inbox-level access without sharing mail provider passwords. Some features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the product develops.

02 Eligibility & your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Nexa Office, and must provide accurate account information. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

03 Authorized access only

You may only connect email accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to access and manage. By connecting an account, you confirm you have that authorization. Nexa Office must not be used to access, monitor, or manage an email account without the knowledge and consent of whoever controls it.

You're responsible for using connected accounts in line with your mail provider's own terms of service (for example, Google's or Yahoo's). Nexa Office isn't responsible for actions your mail provider takes against an account — including suspension — as a result of how it's used.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nexa Office to:

• Access or attempt to access an account you're not authorized to use.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Violate any applicable law, or the terms of a connected mail provider.
• Upload or transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

05 Team members & VAs

If you invite team members or virtual assistants into your workspace, you are responsible for the permissions you grant them and for their use of the access you provide. Nexa Office enforces the permission boundaries you set, but it's your responsibility to assign them appropriately and to revoke access when it's no longer needed.

06 Third-party providers

Nexa Office connects to third-party mail providers (such as Gmail and Yahoo Mail) via their own authorization systems, and may be distributed through third-party platforms (such as Google Play or a Median.co packaged build). Your use of those providers and platforms is subject to their own terms, and Nexa Office isn't responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

07 Intellectual property

Nexa Office, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights to the content of your own emails and accounts — we don't claim ownership over your data. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Nexa Office for its intended purpose.

08 Fees & availability

. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and may need to pause access for maintenance, security, or updates.

09 Suspension & termination

You may stop using Nexa Office and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would create a security or legal risk. Where practical, we'll provide notice first.

10 Disclaimers

Nexa Office is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that organization or categorization features will be error-free or that they will correctly classify every message.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Office and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Nexa Office is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Nexa Office evolves. If changes are material, we'll provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Nexa Office after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
